Appgami Retrospectives is a versatile app for agile teams run engaging realtime remote retrospective sessions right inside Monday.com. Start with a template or create your own to walk your team through retrospectives from start to finish. Discuss, add and group ideas into similar categories to facilitate discussions. Set up a timer for focused time boxed discussions. Team members can anonymously vote and create action items natively integrated with Monday.com boards. Getting Started

• To get started you need to install the Appgami Retrospectives app from the Monday Apps Marketplace.
• Visit https://monday.com/marketplace and then Search Appgami Retrospectives.
• Open the app listing and add it to your account.

• Now go to your board and click on “Add View".
• Select Apps from the dropdown list.

• The Views Center page is displayed.
• Go to Installed apps, find the App Appgami Retrospectives and then click Open in board.

• Give a name to the new view (ie: Retrospectives) and hit Enter.

• In the Retrospectives view, you’ll see the dashboard where you can create new retrospectives or join existing ones.
• Click "New retrospective" to get started.

• In the New retrospective screen, fill in the Retrospective Name, Facilitator, Participants and choose the retrospective format either from a template or create your own format.
• Alternatively you can configure the limit votes per participant or enable a new step to capture team’s mood.
• Click on New retrospective to get started.

• After completing the creation of a new retrospective, it lands on the first step of the retrospective (Think) where any participant can add ideas.
• The buttons ‘Next' and ‘Back’ are visible only for the retrospective facilitator. Participants cannot move forward/backwards across the retrospective steps.
• A timer is available so the team can timebox the entire retrospective or each individual step (Only the facilitator Start/Pause/Stop the timer).

• Now it’s time discuss and group similar ideas (only the facilitator can group ideas).
• Drag and drop an idea over another one to group.

• After discussing and grouping the similar ideas, participants can vote on ideas.
• Votes are anonymous and you cannot see other participants votes.
• Click over the thumbs up icon to vote. Click again to un-vote.

• Now it’s time to discuss the most voted ideas and add action items to adress/improve them.
• The most voted ideas are in the top of the list.
• Only the facilitator can add action items.
• Action items are normal items in Monday.com and will be seen/available in your board.

• In the last step, the summary is displayed with the key information/metrics regarding the retrospective.
• The facilitator can click on 'Finish' to complete the retrospective session.

• The retrospectives you created are available in the dashboard.
• Any user at any time can click on the retrospective and join the session or see the summary of the retrospective.
